As I venture out into this new and exciting industry, I plan to use Beauty Marked as a way to connect with others and grow creatively as a Freelance Makeup Artist. Art has always been a passion of mine because with it I am able to set myself apart as an individual and express myself uniquely. With makeup, I am exposed to a different canvas every time I hold a makeup brush. Every face has its own texture, complexion, and distinctive features, and it's up to me to bring out the beauty in those features. When I began doing freelance work in 2010 I had so much to learn. Since then I have enhanced my skills and, in a way, developed my own style of makeup artistry. However, you can never stop learning or mastering an art. With Beauty Marked, I hope to share my journey with others - with a few beauty/style tips and tutorials along the way ;)
